How do credits work?

1,000 credits equal $1 of actual official API cost. The two sides settle together, rounded up once per comparison. API input, cached input and billable output rates apply; the calculator makes those conditions visible.

What happens if a call fails?

Unused reserved credits are released. If the other model succeeded, its actual cost still settles. A provider response without confirmed usage stays pending for reconciliation instead of receiving an automatic full refund.

Do credits renew or roll over?

The Free welcome budget is issued once. Pro receives 3,000 credits for each successfully paid monthly period; unused monthly credits expire and do not roll over. Cancellation preserves access through the paid period.
